1. Platform Purpose

SemaHire is a job listing platform provided by Fatebound Labs where employers can publish job opportunities and professionals can discover and apply for them. SemaHire does not act as a recruiter, employer, or hiring intermediary. All applications and communications happen directly between employers and applicants.

2. Employer Accounts

Employers may create an account to post job listings. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Post genuine job opportunities
• Not impersonate individuals or companies
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful listings

SemaHire reserves the right to remove job listings or accounts that violate these rules.

3. Job Posting Limits

To maintain platform quality and prevent system abuse, the following posting limits apply to all employer accounts:

• Employers are permitted a maximum of six (12) free job postings per twelve-month cycle.
• Your posting allowance resets annually on the anniversary of your account registration date.
• Unused job postings do not roll over to the subsequent anniversary cycle.
• Deleting a published job listing does not credit a posting back to your annual allowance.

SemaHire reserves the right to adjust these limits or remove accounts attempting to bypass these restrictions through multiple registrations.

4. Payments and Credits

SemaHire will offer premium job posting packages and featured listings for purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Secure Processing: All payments are handled securely by our third-party payment partners. SemaHire and Fatebound Labs do not see or store your full credit card details or CVV codes.
• Credit Usage: Purchased credits are added to your account and can be used to publish job listings or apply featured tags.
• Final Sale: All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are issued to your account. For more information, please see our  Refund Policy.

5. Verified Companies

Some companies may receive a verified indicator based on their account information. Verification does not guarantee legitimacy or hiring outcomes and applicants should exercise their own judgment before applying to any job.

6. Job Applications

SemaHire does not process job applications. All job applications are submitted directly to the employer’s website or through the employer’s provided email address. SemaHire is not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions or communication between parties.

7. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the platform to post fraudulent job listings, impersonate others, collect personal information for malicious purposes or promote scams. Accounts violating these rules may be permanently removed.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to keep SemaHire available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits and functionality may change as the platform evolves.

9. Limitation of Liability

SemaHire provides job listings as a platform only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the legitimacy of employers, employment outcomes or responses. Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities before applying.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time as the platform grows. Continued use of SemaHire after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
