During the initial launch phase (MVP), SemaHire is a free-to-use platform for employers and job seekers. Because no monetary transactions are conducted, refund requests are not applicable.

2. Future Payment Infrastructure

As we transition out of the beta phase, SemaHire will introduce paid credits and featured listing packages. Once payments are enabled, this policy will be updated to include specific refund windows and eligibility criteria for those transactions.

3. Data and Usage

While the service is free, all users must still adhere to ourTerms of Service. Fatebound Labs reserves the right to remove job listings or accounts that violate platform guidelines, regardless of their free status.
